The Challenge
Road Trip with Ravi is a film production that promotes the commonalities we see in humanity and the beauty of nature across the globe through videos of his travels. Ravi reached out to Peralta Design to assist in creating and executing a guiding marketing strategy to increase his Brand Awareness.
The Solution
The PD team created a Marketing Flight Plan for Ravi, a strategy built around the goal of increasing his brand awareness and ultimately his viewership on YouTube. From the onset, Ravi had great content but needed assistance in optimization and execution. From a Branding standpoint, it was a great opportunity to create a new logo that resonated better with his brand identity. Peralta Design created a new logo & icon in addition to assisting with the distribution of content through social media management. Peralta Design was also tapped on the shoulder to create a more visually impactful website that provided an area to add blog posts and videos.
Visual Impact and Brand Guidelines
The PD Branding team got to work on a new logo and icon for Road Trip with Ravi. As Ravi’s brand is new there was a non-issue of leaving breadcrumbs to his old logo (which was only typographical anyway). Therefore, with creativity unleashed, the team created a logo and icon that better represented Ravi’s travels. By adding a location pin into both the logo and the icon it’s easy to tell that Road Trip with Ravi is related to travel even by just seeing the icon version of the logo. Additionally, the color palette was updated to be more reflective of his brand as well. Selecting blue for purpose and trust, and yellow for positivity, energy, and curiosity.
Developing your Digital Marketing
Peralta Design created and updated social media platforms to be cohesive and optimized. Adding content that speaks to a more general audience than just family and friends, providing extra value and education both in captions and graphics. Peralta Design also generated reels from content provided from the travels to increase Road Trip with Ravi’s reach and created YouTube shorts to increase viewership.
