Job Summary:
We’re seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing a wide range of visual assets for clients and internal projects. This includes branding, social media graphics, web design elements, marketing collateral, and more. You’ll collaborate with our marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to bring brands to life.
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, and print.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identities for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and deliver compelling visuals that align with strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Prepare design files for both digital publishing and professional printing.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- BFA or BA in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across mediums.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Bonus: basic motion graphics, video editing, or web design experience.
