Careers
Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: CT / Hybrid
Position: Full-Time
About Peralta Design
Peralta Design is a full-service branding, web development, and digital marketing agency dedicated to helping organizations launch, grow, and strengthen their brands. We combine strategy, creativity, technology, and measurable marketing solutions to help our clients succeed.
Our mantra is simple: We Launch Brands®.
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist who brings energy, curiosity, accountability, and a strong understanding of today’s digital landscape to our growing Flight Crew.
The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing Strategist will help develop, execute, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply posts content or pulls reports.
We’re looking for a marketer who asks:
What are we trying to accomplish? Who are we trying to reach? What does the data tell us? And what should we do next?
You’ll work closely with our creative, web, content, and leadership teams to turn client objectives into actionable marketing strategies that generate awareness, engagement, leads, conversions, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, audiences, budgets, and KPIs.
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns and measurable marketing plans.
- Manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic social, email, content, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain campaign calendars, marketing plans, and execution timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve client visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, AI tools, and emerging opportunities.
Paid Media & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitive, and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
- Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Make proactive recommendations based on performance rather than waiting for direction.
Analytics & Performance
- Establish meaningful KPIs for client campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Develop clear monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Turn analytics into insights and recommendations, not simply numbers.
- Identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do differently.
- Demonstrate the business impact of our marketing efforts whenever possible.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Support on-page and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers on SEO-driven content and landing pages.
- Help develop content strategies aligned with client audiences, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.
Client Strategy & Communication
- Participate in client strategy meetings and campaign reviews.
- Present campaign performance and recommendations in clear, understandable language.
- Help clients understand not just what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it.
- Build trusted relationships by demonstrating preparation, strategic thinking, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities where additional marketing initiatives could help clients achieve their goals.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers, writers, account managers, and agency leadership.
- Develop clear creative briefs and campaign direction for internal teams.
- Keep projects moving and communicate proactively when campaigns or deliverables require attention.
- Maintain organized documentation, campaign assets, deadlines, and reporting.
- Balance strategy with execution—we’re looking for someone who is comfortable thinking big while still rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and related platforms.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and project-management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
- Curious about emerging technology and comfortable incorporating AI into modern marketing workflows.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this position isn’t measured by how busy you are. It’s measured by results.
You will succeed at Peralta Design when:
- Client campaigns have clearly defined goals and KPIs.
- Marketing decisions are supported by data.
- Campaigns are consistently optimized rather than simply maintained.
- Clients understand the value and impact of our work.
- Leads, engagement, conversions, traffic, and other agreed-upon KPIs improve.
- Projects and campaigns stay organized and on schedule.
- You proactively identify opportunities before someone has to ask.
- Clients see you as a knowledgeable and trusted marketing partner.
- The PD team can depend on you to take ownership and deliver.
The Ideal PD Digital Marketer
You’re equal parts strategist, marketer, analyst, communicator, and problem solver.
You’re not satisfied with saying, “The campaign is running.”
You want to know:
Is it working?
And if it isn’t, you’re already thinking about what we’re going to change.
You understand that great marketing requires creativity—but great digital marketing also requires discipline, testing, measurement, optimization, and accountability.
Why Join Peralta Design?
At Peralta Design, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses, nonprofits, institutions, and organizations while collaborating with a talented multidisciplinary creative team.
We believe technology should make great people even better. We’re actively embracing AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tools while maintaining the strategy, creativity, relationships, and human insight that distinguish exceptional agency work.
Powered by AI. Led by Humans.
If you’re a curious, accountable, results-oriented digital marketer who wants to do meaningful work, grow professionally, and help our clients’ brands succeed, we’d love to meet you.
