Alee joins the Flight Crew as Director of Marketing and Development, supporting campaign strategy and fundraising for the firm’s nonprofit clients and lending that same strategic eye to commercial accounts.
A former Director of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Brand Strategy, she builds relationships that outlast a single campaign. Alee also founded her own nonprofit, built on the belief that sports teach lessons that carry well beyond the court or field. A background in athletics and economics keeps her work grounded in clear strategy and real numbers.
Alee brings a wealth of knowledge regarding nonprofit marketing, grant writing, donor journeys and fundraising strategies.
