Our Founder, Ramon Peralta, was laid off during the Recession of 2008 and used his 6-month severance to bootstrap and build the creative agency that is now Peralta Design. What started out as a one-man home-based business has grown into a full service creative agency with a full-time in-house staff of 8 headquartered in Shelton, CT with satellite offices in Palm Coast FL. With nearly 12 years of service under our belt, Peralta Design helps entrepreneurs launch their own brands every day using the very same strategies Ramon used to build his own firm. Whether it’s Brand Strategy, Website Creation, Video or Digital, we give our clients the resources they need to grow and succeed! Here are a few we are proud of:

Most Promising for Upcoming Generations

Peralta Design’s young, full time staff are encouraged to participate in local chambers such as the Bridgeport Regional Business Council’s “Thrive” and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce’s “FUEL” group as they serve as invaluable training grounds for leadership development. Over 50% of the staff at Peralta Design have completed the Leadership Greater Valley program.

In addition to an emphasis on professional development, Peralta Design has an ongoing active partnership with Junior Achievement where young people from local high schools are selected to participate in internship opportunities throughout the year. Learn more about last years students here.

Finally, every year, Peralta Design hosts a Code Camp event; a fun and interactive experience teaching the fundamentals of programming for kids aged 9-13. The course is taught by PD’s Lead Web Developer, Jorge Pezo-Candelario and Senior Backend Developer, Kevin Atterberry.

Most Visionary

Peralta Design is not just a creative agency. In many ways, Peralta Design assists its clients in launch strategies and monetization strategies; always searching for ways to improve business processes and conversion rates. In addition, our Founder, Ramon Peralta, volunteers for SCORE offering BrandU “Branding for Business” workshops free of charge to local business owners. Jorge Pezo-Candelario, a member of the GVCC Tech Council, also offers free workshops breaking down and explaining the latest cloud-based business tools on the market to local chamber members.
